How does it work?

We arrive at your chosen outdoor venue approximatley 1hour before your event, after fully decorating the bell tent, we leave you to your party, wether in the safe hands of one of our recommended entertainers, or to how ever you have chosen to use our tent during your hire period, at the close of your event we arrive and clear it all away again.

Our bell tent is the perfect pop up party setting, please take a look below to see what we can offer.

Packages and Prices

Please note that our standard 4m Bell Tent will require a pitch area of at least 6m x 6m and our larger 5m bell will require 8x8m on a flat grassed surface, pegs will need to be placed into the ground so artificial lawns are not suitable at this time.

Hire of our 4m bell tent, assembled and dismantled before and after your event by us.

Additional charge of £30 per hour for periods longer than 2hrs

Please note this option does not come with any interior or exterior acessories.

The Pixie   £150

The perfect package for those wanting a beautiful base to add their own entertainment, maybe bring along a picnic or afternoon tea and enjoy, or add some boxes of craft activities for children, fill with toys, music and games, use as a cake smash backdrop or simply just have a beautiful space to relax in.

Slumber Party £215

Up to 8 children ( 1 adult can also fit to supervise)

Our bell tent is pitched and ready for use from 6pm.

Our 4m Bell tent fully decorated with:

  • Toadstool picnic cushions
  • Party favor candy cones.

Princess Slumber Party  from £305

This includes everything in the slumber package plus...

 

  • Arrival of your chosen princess in her princess PJs for 1hr of slumber fun
  • Meet and greet
  • Hair braiding or make-up
  • Nail painting
  • Glitter tattoos
  • Dance lesson
  • Photos
  • Wave farewell as the princess leaves you to enjoy the rest of your slumber party fun. 

 

This princess package can be enchanced to include extra time with the princesses, they are able to stay for a longer period playing traditional slumber party games and finish off their visit with a storybook session.

Pamper Package  £12.50pp

Available to add onto our slumber parties for a  minimum of 8 persons.

 

Our unique pamper package is a fully interactive and fun experience for everyone. 

 

Includes 1hr of pamper fun for face, hands and nails, with use of our robes and head bands, and a pamper hamper of treats and surprises.

The Faerie  £400  with character host

  • The bell tent is fully decorated in the theme of your chosen host
  • 2 hours hosting by your choice of Character host and assistant.

Weddings  £poa

For weddings our bell tent is tastifully decorated with white floral garlands and lace bunting.

We then fill the tent with age approriate toys and activities for young guests to enjoy, as well as a hamper of bottled water and healthy snacks. We can also include a basket of award winning nappies and wipes for no extra cost.

 

The wonderful thing about having our bell at your wedding is that it maintains a beautiful look in photos, the children will have a lovely refuge, full of things to keep little ones entertained with out looking like a play creche, its remains perfectly fitting to your gorgeous venue.

 

We also have a number or trusted babysitters and nannies whom we can recommend and combine with your booking.
